We compare everything — our careers, looks, lifestyles, relationships, and even our successes. The Social media exacerbates this issue. It is constantly giving us glimpses of other people’s curated, picture-perfect lives… But we often fail to realize that comparison is a dangerous trap that silently steals our happiness, self-esteem, and mental peace.

Silent killer of Happiness:

When was the last time! You scrolled through Instagram or Facebook & felt inadequate?

You see people walking around the world, looking flawless, celebrating milestones — and suddenly, you find your own life short. This feeling is a result of comparison. The problem with comparing yourself to others is that you never get to see the whole Picture. You see the highlight reel, not the struggles, failures, or challenges they face.

Comparison does more than just make you feel bad in the moment. It has long-term Emotional Consequences. The Studies show that constant comparison can lead to feelings of depression, anxiety & decreased life satisfaction. Over time, it can damage your self-esteem, making you question your abilities and even your worth.

Illusion of Perfection:
