What is high-intensity exercise?

It is a form of training that alternates between short bursts of intense activity & periods of rest or Low-Intensity Movement… These exercises include activities such as Running, Cycling, Swimming or Brisk Walking, at a pace that causes your heart rate to rise quickly… The goal is to make the body work to its limit for short periods of time, usually from 30 seconds to a few minutes.
